4. How long have you been playing GW for? (type /age in-game for hours played)
My account is now 57 months old. I've played 1,578 hours during that time. I've had a big break like 2-3 years ago, so it's a bit on the less side, if you compare it with how often I play these days.
5. How regularly do you play? (Which days / hours per week)
I play like 1 - 6 hours a day. It varies, because of homework/sport/going/out etc.
6 List the In-Game Names (IGN's) and classes of ALL your LEVEL 20 characters. The more character classes you have which are able to play HM the better the chance of your application succeeding. 
Just a note: I completed all campaigns.
Thom Deatlybow: My oldest character. I was around.. 12-13 when I made it? As you see, I couldn't spell then very good English yet lol. Anyway, it's a Ranger (what a surprise), level 20. It has done Nightfall, Prophecies and EotN.
Thom Deathblades: After my ranger my oldest character. It's a Warrior, and can do a sword/axe/hammer job, anything what is prefered. Also level 20.
Exodia Toquir: My Assassin. Can be either a perma sin, or a crit scythe for PvE usage. Ofcourse, also level 20. This character was made when perma-farming started, so I didn't really made any progress in campaigns like Prophecies.
Destructive Slyter: My elementalist. Level 20. This character is not so old, so I'm not really far with it in most campaigns yet.
Slyter Protector: My monk. Also level 20. I made this character for farming, not really far in most campaigns. It can 600 most dungeons and elite areas though.
Voltaic Hayda: My Paragorn, level 20. Also not old, even younger then my Elementalist. Campaigns in progress.
And as last, my youngest character but also my main character, just because I love it:
Exo Dyo: My Ritualist. Level 20, completed Nightfall and Eye of the North. Almost Factions completed, but I am at the moment working on the title Legendary Master of the North, so kinda stopped in Factions for a little while. It is also my only character I found worth buying Obby Armor for.
7. Which of these characters have completed any or all of the 4 campaigns \ expansions in Normal Mode? (Protector title)
All characters but my ele and paragorn have completed a campaign. As I said, they're both very young characters, and lately I'm playing mostly at my Ritualist lately because I'm working on GWAMM with her.
8. How many fully runed, skilled and equipped heroes does each character have? (26 maximum per character)
I mostly go always with the same heroes with each character, because I've builds that work good together. So 3 minimum at each character. My Rit has a few more, I think like 5.
9. How many and which MAX titles does each of your characters have?
This is the part I should really be ashamed of lol. I got now 2 titles maxed, on my Rit only. To be honest, until 3 months ago I couldn't really be bothered with titles. Now I'm working really hard on them.
10. Which titles are you working on at the moment?
I'm at the moment working on my Legendary Master of the North title, with my Ritualist. Got almost all dungeons completed in NM/HM, and just a few VQ's left.

My name is Jordi, I'm from the south of the Netherlands. I'm 17 years old. I like doing in my free time sports, of course, playing Guild Wars, and sometimes going out with some friends.
